• USDA program designed to help finance homes in rural areas. 0% down payment and a 30 year fixed loan. Excludes the areas of Springfield, Battlefield, and Nixa.

• MHDC offers a 3% down payment grant for qualified buyers.

• Conventional loan offering a wide range of programs starting with 5% down primary properties and 20% down investment properties.
